AT TRAINING

 

  • Only PLAYERS and COACHING STAFF can attend training sessions. Parents will need to wait in their cars or outside the training venue (eg: in the car park)

  • All players and coaching staff must sanitize their hands prior to and at the conclusion of training. 

  • Players who use toilet facilities must be encouraged to wash their hands

  • All equipment must be wiped down with antibacterial wipes prior to and at the conclusion of training

  • A register of all players AND coaching staff who attend each training session must be kept

  • Prior to July 1st, no contact training is allowed. Players must be spaced at least 1.5 metres apart.

  • After July 1st players may resume contact training

  • Players and coaching staff must NOT attend training sessions if they are unwell. 

  • Any player or coaching staff member who appears unwell at training will be isolated from the rest of the group and sent home at the earliest opportunity.

 

AT GAMES

 

  • Players must arrive at the game dressed in their footy gear (no changing rooms can be used)

  • All PLAYERS and COACHING STAFF must sanitize their hands prior to and at the conclusion of games

  • Players who use toilet facilities must be encouraged to wash their hands

  • Players are not to shake hands with either opposition players or the match officials before, during and after the game. 

  • All equipment must be wiped down with antibacterial wipes prior to and at the conclusion of training (this includes benches/tables etc..)

  • Players are encouraged to bring only one family member to watch them (if this is possible). 

  • Players and coaching staff must NOT attend games if they are unwell. 

  • Any player or coaching staff member who appears unwell at a game will be isolated from the rest of the group and sent home at the earliest opportunity.

  • An attendance register must be kept of all players, coaching staff and parents who attend games.

Sporting Venue Guidelines

Now as COVID-19 is starting to again spread throughout NSW we need to be more switch on then ever, we all need to do what is required to keep COVID FREE!!!!

All the committee of TDML ask is that we work together on game day Saturday and commit to the following.

- Not attend the fields if you have been in contact with anyone who

has been in a declared hotspot

- Not attend the fields if you have been in a declared hotspot

- Not attend the field if you are in any way unwell

- Only 1 parent to attend the fields

- Maintain social distancing

- Anyone attending must either sign in on the hard copy provided

at the field entry point or scan the available QR code

- Hands need to be sanitized when entering and exiting the field

- Adhere to the GET IN GET OUT policy

and remember we are all in this together, if we all help we can be sure our kids get to keep playing Rugby League.
